Simply buy them in person at our customer centre (Industrieweg 16, 25980 Westerland/Sylt) or order by e-mail at kundencenter-westerland@autozug-sylt.de and note the delivery and billing address as well as the type and number of tickets required, then the tickets will be with you in a few days.

• Pre-sale ticket A: Single journey (80 €)*
• Pre-sale ticket B: Outward and return journey (138 €)*

The journey with the issued chip card is valid until the end of the following year from the date of sale. It is valid for up to 7 people in your vehicle with a height of up to max. 2.70 m, width of up to max. 2.20 m, length of up to max. 6.00 m and total weight of up to max. 3 t.
