How it works
The booking process for your online ticket only takes a few minutes. Please have your means of payment ready, as well as the vehicle registration document for the travel vehicle.
On the day of travel, either bring the online ticket printed out with you to check-in or simply show the QR code on your mobile phone or tablet.
When purchasing a car ticket in our Webshop, we ask that you specify the maximum number of people expected to be traveling in the vehicle. This information is required for insurance purposes. Changes to the actual number of passengers on the day of travel are generally not a problem:
- If fewer people are traveling than specified at the time of booking, there will be no penalties or additional costs.
- If more people are traveling than specified at the time of booking, a surcharge of €5.00 will be charged on site.
Please note that ticket prices in the online store may vary depending on passenger category and current demand. We therefore recommend specifying the expected maximum number of passengers at the time of booking.
