Passengers, business and regular customers, as well as other interested parties, are also welcome to visit us in person on the mainland. In Bahnhofstraße 6 in Niebüll, the team is available to provide personal information about the blue AUTOZUG Sylt. Here you can get support with buying tickets and making reservations, order your business or regular customer card free of charge, receive information about advertising options, or take away timetables and information leaflets. There are also contacts for ticket refunds or other suggestions regarding the train services.

Different opening times on 24.12. and 31.12.: On both days we are open for you from 8:30 – 12:30.

The blue AUTOZUG Sylt is a company from Sylt based in Westerland. You are welcome to visit us in person at the customer centre Westerland (Industrieweg 16. 1st floor) directly in front of the terminal access during office hours, get personal information, order your free regular customer card, take current flyers with you or buy our AUTOZUG Sylt souvenirs.
