We need all ticket receipts to process your refund request. You can upload a copy of your proof here. Alternatively, you can send a copy / scan to kundencenter-westerland@autozug-sylt.de.
Please note: If the ticket to be refunded is a return ticket, we will need the original ticket. Please mail the original ticket to the Westerland Customer Service Center (Industrieweg 16, 25980 Westerland/Sylt) or hand it in personally during opening hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-12:30 and 13:00-16:30 / 1:30-4:30 PM). Copies are sufficient for all further documents.
